By accessing and using the website and services of AutoXVerse ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

AutoXVerse provides AI automation services, including but not limited to:

• AI Chat & Call Agents
• Workflow Automation
• Business Growth Systems & CRM Integrations

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our AI agents or automation tools to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Transmit unsolicited mass email (spam) or automated calls in violation of local regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Billing: Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis or a one-time setup fee as agreed upon in your service contract.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and setup costs, we generally do not offer refunds once the setup process has commenced.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will AutoXVerse be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) however caused.

AI Limitations: You acknowledge that AI technologies can occasionally produce incorrect results ("hallucinations"). AutoXVerse is not responsible for errors made by AI agents in live interactions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
